2. Can I use a wireless backup camera system on any vehicle?
Our wireless backup camera systems are compatible with a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, and trailers. However, vehicles made of aluminum or fiberglass may interfere or block wireless signals, we it's always recommended that vehicles made of such materials use a wired system,which can be interference-free.
3. What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

5. How long does it take to process a refund?
The refund will be processed on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us at sales@uszeroxclub.com immediately. And provide a picture of the defective or damaged item and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or refund.
