There is no power to the screen(Wired System)

If your wired reverse camera isn't receiving power (screen stays off) and neither the camera nor the display works when connected to the cigarette lighter, here’s how to troubleshoot the issue:

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
1. Check Power Sources
Cigarette Lighter Socket: Test with another device (e.g., phone charger) to confirm the socket works.
If the socket is dead, check the car’s fuse box (look for a blown fuse labeled "12V outlet" or "Accessory").

Camera/Display Wiring: Ensure the red (power) and black (ground) wires are properly connected to a 12V constant/live wire (for parking mode) or the reverse light wire (for reverse mode).

Use a multimeter to test if the wires deliver 12V when the car is on (or in reverse).

2. Inspect Connections
Loose/Wrong Wiring: Verify the cable is fully plugged into both the camera and display.

Check if the camera’s power wire is securely connected to the reverse light wire (if hardwired).

Faulty Ground Connection: Ensure the black (ground) wire is attached to bare metal (scrape off paint if needed).

3. Test the Camera & Display Separately
Direct Power Test: Disconnect the camera from the car and power it directly with another 12V battery or power supply. If it still doesn’t work, the camera is faulty.

Test the Display: Connect the display to another source. If it shows black blank screen, the screen is defective.

4. Check for Short Circuits
Look for pinched/exposed wires that could cause a short.

Replace any damaged cables.

5. Replace
If all connections are correct but nothing works, the camera or display may be defective—contact the ZEROXCLUB support for a replacement.

Quick Checklist
✅ Test cigarette lighter with another device.
✅ Verify all wiring connections (power, ground).
✅ Check fuses for the 12V socket/reverse lights.
✅ Test camera/display with a direct 12V power source.
