Q: How can I do if I do not have smooth areas to affix a suction cup?
A: You can use sticky adhesive or VHB 3M adhesive double-sided circle to help it mount.
Or put a small piece of sturdy velcro on the bottom of suction cup and on my dash.
Q: How to save the settings?
A: After setting up, you need to press the power button to turn it off, and then turn it on a few seconds later, and the settings will be saved.

Q: Would the B7 backup camera be compatible with car daul radio?
A: No, it can't hook into radio, the B7 backup camera can plug into cigarette lighter and turn on and off manually or hard wire into reverse lights for automatic power up
Q: Is the B7 camera a wireless system?
A: No, the B7 backup camera is a wired system. But easy to hook up and there is no interference.

Q: Can I turn off the camera's LEDs?
A: No, the LEDs will come on when the camera was triggered with the backup lights. It’s helpful to get more clear image in dark condition. If you don't want the LEDs, you can simply put some black tape on the LED lights.
Q: Is the B7 camera universal fit?
A: It work for vehicle under 30ft. You just have to have a centered back license plate that the camera attaches to, and access to your reverse light as you will splice the camera connections to black to negative and red to positive on the reverse lights or plug into cigarette lighter and turn on and off manually.
Q: How long are the wires inside the package?
A: The power cord is 10ft and the extension cable is 33ft. So the B7 system is suitable for cars up to 30ft.
Q: Can I add an extension cord?
A: Yes，if you thought that the cable supplied with the B7 is not long enough, you can add an extension cable, please make sure that the connectors of the extension cable are the same.

Q: Can I buy a longer power cable?
A: Our power cords are all the same length (3m/9.84ft).
If you want to extend the power cord, you can add a DC power cord extension.
Q: Is B7 an RCA connection?
A: No，the B7 camera is not an RCA connection and is not compatible with the head unit, it can only be used with the 7" IPS screen that comes with the B7 system.
Q: Does the B7 system come with a warranty?
A: Yes, the warranty period is 18 months from the date of purchase. Our products also have lifetime technical support.
Q：How to adjust the parking guidelines？
A： The b7 system allows adjustment of the parking guidelines for width, up and down movement and left and right movement.
Step：Power on the monitor, press the parking guideline button.
- Then press the menu button. An "H" appears in the upper left corner, press the "+" or "-" button multiple times to make left and right movement adjustments.
- Press the menu button again. An "V" appears in the upper left corner, press the "+" or "-" button multiple times to make up and down movement adjustments.
- Press the menu button the third times. An "W" appears in the upper left corner, press the "+" or "-" button multiple times to make width adjustments.
Q: What can I do if the button don't work?

Q: What can I do if it has lines/waves on the screen?
A: 1. Please test with a cigarette lighter to see if you have the same problem.2. Vehicle power interference. Test the system with another vehicle or other available 12V battery to see if it have the same problem.
3. Check the sparkplug wires you suppose.
4. If you have a 12V DC power adapter filter rectifier, you can use it to try to see if it solves the problem.
